Is this really free? What's the catch?

Yes — free, no hidden fees, no auto-enrol. The call is a genuine 30 minutes for you to ask questions. Vincent doesn't run a hard sales pitch. If Coffee Trainer Hub is a fit, he'll tell you which tier and why. If it isn't, he'll tell you that too and point you elsewhere.

What happens on the call?

You show up on the video link, Vincent asks about your current café situation and what you're hoping to build, and you ask anything — about the courses, the pathway, pricing, timing, or whether teaching coffee is right for you. About 25 minutes of Q&A, 5 minutes of "here's what I'd suggest" at the end. That's it.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Just fill in the short intake form when you book — it takes about 90 seconds and gives Vincent context so you don't spend the first 10 minutes catching him up. Bring one specific question you most want answered. That's usually enough.

Question 4

What if I'm not sure which tier I want yet?

That's exactly what the call is for. Most people who book haven't decided between Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 — and often what they think they need isn't what they actually need. Vincent will listen, ask a few questions, and give a straight recommendation.

Question 5

Can I book more than one call?

One call is usually enough to make a decision. If you need a second conversation (e.g., after reviewing materials or discussing with a business partner), email Vincent directly and he'll open a second slot.

What if I need to reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Reschedule any time up to 12 hours before your slot — use the link in your confirmation email. If something urgent comes up inside that 12-hour window, email info@coffeetrainerhub.com and Vincent will move you if possible.

I'm not based in Australia. Can I still book?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the call is online, so location doesn't matter. Available slots are shown in Hobart (Australian Eastern) time by default; your booking system will convert them to your local timezone automatically. Coffee Trainer Hub students come from Vietnam, Singapore, New Zealand, the UK, and beyond.
